Hapur. Under the chairmanship of Additional District Magistrate Sandeep Kumar, the meeting regarding the preparations for the Ganga Jyestha Dussehra fair was held in the Collectorate Auditorium. The Additional District Magistrate instructed the nodal officers of the fair that there should be arrangement of CCTV cameras and barricading around the ghat. I come to take a bath. He instructed the nodal officers appointed for the fair to properly discharge the responsibilities given to them for the fair so that no untoward incident happens. He instructed the District Panchayati Raj Officer that proper arrangements should be made for cleanliness around the ghat and in the fair. He instructed the Executive Officer, Garhmukteshwar, that along with proper arrangements for electricity, water and divers and boats around the ghat, parking and mobile toilets should also be there. Additional District Magistrate said that the main bath would be held on May 30. He instructed the Chief Medical Officer that proper arrangements for medical camp and ambulance should be made in the fair. He instructed the concerned officers that there should not be any laxity in the fair. Additional Superintendent of Police Mukesh Mishra, Fair Officer Garhmukteshwar, Collectorate in-charge Pahlad Singh PO Duda Shubham Srivastava, Executive Officer Garhmukteshwar, District Excise Officer Prakash Singh, Food Safety Officer Mahendra Srivastava, Sub-Divisional Transport Officer, Police Jurisdiction Traffic Stuti Singh and others concerned officers were present.
