Secunderabad. Three laborers working there were injured after being buried under a bundle of pipes due to breaking of the crane strap at Apollo Pipe Company located in the industrial area. A laborer’s hand was badly injured. Police admitted the injured to a nearby hospital for treatment. The work of making pipes is done in the Apollo company located in the industrial area. Gaurav s/o Jaichand, Rishipal s/o Ramesh and Shivam s/o Mansha residents of village Bighepur police station Dhaulana also work under the contractor in Apollo area. The relatives of the injured told that on Wednesday afternoon, the three laborers along with other laborers were doing the work of loading pipe bundles in the truck with the help of a crane. During this, due to breaking of the crane strap, all the three laborers came under the heavy bundle of iron. This created chaos in the company. The accident was so dangerous that Shivam’s left hand got badly injured after coming under the bundle. While Gaurav and Rishipal were also seriously injured from under the bundle. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and admitted the injured to a private hospital for treatment. Doctors told that a laborer was seriously injured in the accident. Due to which he was referred to the Higher Center. While the treatment of Rishipal and Shivam is going on. As soon as the information was received, there was a stir among the relatives and after reaching the hospital premises, they informed about the incident. Company’s HR Shwetank Sinha told that at present the injured are being treated. Company officials are monitoring the situation. Kotwal Rajpal Tomar said that Tahrir has not been received from the victim yet. Action will be taken on receipt of Tahrir.
