A big update has come to light in the murder case of a 35-year-old man on the Singhu border of Delhi on Friday. Sarvjit Singh, a Nihang, has surrendered before the police, taking the responsibility of killing a person at Singhu border. Police has taken Sarvjit Singh for medical and he will be produced in the court on Saturday. According to media reports, two names namely Baba Amandeep Singh and Baba Narayan Singh are appearing as alleged killers of Dalit man on Singhu border. It is being claimed in the report that one cut off the young man’s hand and the other cut off his leg.
Lakhbir was the father of three girls.
Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar convened a high-level meeting of senior officials including the DGP and the state home secretary over the killing of a Dalit man on the Singhu border and also ordered strict action. On the other hand, there were big revelations in the post-mortem report. According to the post-mortem report, he died due to injuries and excessive bleeding. The report said that one of his hands was amputated and separated from the rest of the body. The leg was also amputated but not separated from the rest of the body. It is said that the deceased Lakhbir has three daughters who live with their mother. Lakhbir is a resident of Cheema Khurd village in Tarn Taran district of Punjab. He does not have both mother and father. It is worth mentioning that this morning itself Nihang group ‘Nirvair Khalsa-Udna Dal’ had admitted to the killing of a Dalit man over sacrilege on the Singhu border. He had taken responsibility for the murder.
