Noida:To conduct the Moto GP bike race, the company will have to spend Rs 40 crore at the Buddh International Circuit (BIC). In the meeting held last days, the Yamuna Authority flatly refused to spend this amount. It was decided that this amount would have to be spent by the MotoGP management. The Moto GP bike race is to be organized in September at the Buddh International Circuit (BIC) built in the Yamuna Authority area. Due to this, a meeting was held between Yamuna Authority, MotoGP Management and Jaypee Group recently. It was decided in the meeting that the cost of repairing the track and circuit before the bike race would have to be borne by the MotoGP management.

There will be three races in a year

There was confusion regarding this for many days. This was followed by a meeting between Fair Street Sports and the Yamuna Authority. Later, a meeting of the Authority was also held with Jaypee Group. In which it was decided that the MotoGP management would fix the Buddh International Circuit for the bike race.

At present the Buddha International Circuit is with the Yamuna Authority. If JP deposits money, it will go to him. Its ticket booking will also be done by the organiser. Will have to share in the profit made in this. This share will be decided soon. Preparations are on to hold three races in a year at the Buddh International Circuit. The name of Buddh International Circuit has been entered in the calendar of Moto GP bike race.
