In the second wave, the country has seen the orgy of Corona. Then the delta variant created havoc. This variant spread rapidly. The second wave reached its peak in April-May. Increasing the pace of vaccination had helped in curbing the corona to a great extent. However, now the tension has increased again with the new variant.
The National Covid-19 Supermodel Committee had speculated on the third wave of Corona. It was expected to arrive early next year. It was told that the third wave would peak in February.
