Tata Teleservices Maharashtra (TTML), a company of the giant industrial house Tata Group, has joined the top 100 companies in the country. The company’s stock touched Rs 264 in early trade on Friday, touching the upper circuit of five per cent. With this, the company’s market cap has crossed Rs 50,000 crore. The stock has gained 567 per cent in the last three months. Shares of TTML have gained nearly 2,800 per cent in the last one year.
After the listing, the market cap of this company has crossed 50 thousand crores for the first time. According to BSE data, TTML had a market cap of Rs 51,610 crore at 10.45 am and is the 96th largest company in the country by market cap. The company’s stock has climbed 14,567 per cent since March 2020. Then its price was Rs 1.80.

Tata group stake
TTML is a telecom services company of the Tata Group. As of September 30, 2021, Tata group companies hold 74.36 per cent stake in TTML. Of these, Tata Teleservices holds 74.36 percent, Tata Sons holds 19.58 percent and Tata Power Company holds 6.48 percent. Another Tata Group company, Tata Communications, has a market cap of Rs 41,981 crore.
