These stocks registered a smart recovery from the day’s low

New Delhi
On Monday morning, Nifty opened with a fall of about 66 points and then in the first few minutes there was a sharp decline at the level of 16833. However, this was followed by a spectacular recovery and Nifty closed near the day’s high. The index finally closed with a gain of 82 points or 0.49%. The broader indices of Nifty Midcap and Nifty Smallcap also closed in the green at the end of the day.

Top performers for Nifty were Tech Mahindra, Cipla, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, while the underperformers today were Hindalco, Britannia and ONGC. The market recovered from the day’s lows and showed great gains throughout the day. Similarly, some stocks recovered from their day’s lows to support the market. Recovery from lower levels indicates strong buying zones and is likely to continue for the next day as well.
