The 50th league match of this season was played between Delhi Capitals and Royal Challengers Bangalore. In this match, once again there was a ruckus between the players. In this match, RCB’s best fast bowler Mohammad Siraj got into an altercation with Delhi’s Phil Salt. Whose video is becoming fiercely viral on social media.
Controversy between Siraj and Phil Salt
Mohammad Siraj was doing the 5th over of the innings. Siraj bowled to Salt and this ball hit the top of the batsman’s head and Phil Salt just kept on swinging the bat. Due to the ball being too high, the umpire called it wide. On which Siraj expressed his displeasure on this and went to the umpire to say something. Salt said something to him too.

Captain Warner intervened between the two players
After which the tussle between Mohammad Siraj and Phil Salt increased and after this tussle escalated, David Warner also came to the rescue. But even after this, Siraj was seen saying something to Salt, after which Captain Faf du Plessis came to Siraj and explained and took him away from Salt. Let us tell you that just a few days back Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir had a heated exchange of words, the discussion of which has become a topic of discussion in the corridors of cricket.
Siraj got thrashed in powerplay
Chasing RCB’s target of 181 runs, Delhi Capitals got off to a great start to the innings. Delhi Capitals openers David Warner and Phil Salt, batting furiously, scored 60 runs in 5 overs without losing any wickets. Both the batsmen thrashed Siraj fiercely before the powerplay. Siraj bowled two overs in the powerplay in which he scored 28 runs.
