Rajasthan News: Tension has spread in Jaipur, Rajasthan due to the alleged murder of a person in a dispute following a road accident on Friday. The dispute, which started with a minor collision, has now taken a communal colour. This incident took place on Friday in Subhash Chowk police station area of Jaipur. Where, after a minor bike collision, a person named Iqbal was beaten to death.
There is a tense situation in the capital after this incident. People have come out on the streets to protest against the murder of the young man. In view of the tension, police force has been deployed in the area since late night. To ensure that the atmosphere does not deteriorate, a contingent of STF has also been deployed.
CCTV video of the incident surfaced
A CCTV video of this entire incident has also surfaced. A two-vehicle motorcycle accident can be seen in the video. Actually, at around 12 noon, two youths were passing by on a bike in Rawal Jikabagh area of Subhash Chowk area. Due to high speed of the bike, his bike collided with another bike. After this, the dispute that started with an argument turned into a fight and both the parties started fighting with each other.
Iqbal died due to beating
When there was a fight between the two sides, the people of the colony came there. Seeing the crowd increasing, a bike rider took the bike and left from there. But while on the bike, Iqbal and his companion were surrounded by the crowd. It is alleged that after this there was a fight between Iqbal and the colony residents and the mob beat up Iqbal and his companion. Due to which Iqbal died in the hospital.
‘An attempt is being made to give a communal color to the incident’
After this incident, Iqbal’s family members and people of the local Muslim community have blocked the road. Iqbal’s family has demanded early arrest of the accused. The family members say that they will not leave the road until the accused are arrested. At the same time, according to Rajasthan DJP Umesh Mishra, some people are trying to give a communal color to the incident, which is not right. He said that the police is investigating the matter. The accused will be identified soon.
