    potato: Potato is considered a source of potassium. One potato (136 grams) contains 515 milligrams of potassium. According to studies, a small roasted potato provides 738 mg of potassium. The starch present in potatoes is also beneficial in arthritis. Apart from potatoes, sweet potatoes are also rich in potassium. However, there are many different varieties of potatoes and their potassium content varies accordingly.

    Sweet potato: Sweet potatoes are delicious to eat and many people use it as a substitute for potatoes. Potassium deficiency can be easily met by sweet potatoes. One medium-sized sweet potato contains 541 mg of potassium. Apart from this, they are also good sources of vitamin A.

    Curd: Yogurt contains many nutrients. It is also rich in calcium, which is very beneficial for our bones. But, you might not know that yogurt is also rich in potassium. About 220 grams of non-fat yogurt contains up to 579 milligrams of potassium.

    BeetrootBeetroot contains many elements that benefit the body. Potassium is also found in abundance in beet. One cup of beetroot contains about 518 milligrams of potassium, which is about 11 percent of your daily requirement. Beetroot is also rich in iron, so it increases the level of hemoglobin in the blood and prevents anemia from anemia.

    PomegranatePomegranate: Pomegranate is a very good source of potassium. One pomegranate contains 666 mg of potassium. Apart from this, vitamin C, K as well as folate are also found in pomegranate. Apart from this, a lot of protein is also found in pomegranate.

    coconut waterCoconut water is a hydrating drink. Many people also drink it as a sports drink. It contains essential electrolytes that help in transporting water to the cells. It contains natural sugar which works to provide energy to the body during exercise.
