Nawaz, 73, who lives in Britain, reportedly told the media that he was looking forward to returning to Pakistan on October 21 to lead his party in the general elections likely to be held in January 2024. According to media reports, Nawaz is currently in the UK and on October 21, he will fly to Abu Dhabi airport. He is scheduled to fly from Abu Dhabi to Lahore that day.

According to reports, he has already reserved an EY243 business class seat on the Etihad Airways flight. He said the Etihad Airways flight would land at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport at 6:25 pm. It is being said that Nawaz’s staff, his personal advisor Dr. Adnan and Senator Irfan Siddiqui will also travel with him, who is going back to Pakistan.
