    Losing weight is a big problem in today’s era. Everyone wants that he can get some easy solution and he can reduce his weight easily, but where does this happen. People have to go to the gym and sweat. If you have to roll the papads, then they lose their weight by going somewhere. But do you know that there are some techniques in which no effort is required at all and your weight can be removed easily.

    Yes, this is such a technique in which you can reduce weight by pressing some parts of the body with your finger. This technique is called EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique. In which typing therapy on some parts of the body is considered helpful in reducing weight. According to some media reports, through this formula, many people have lost about 30 pounds i.e. about 13 and a half kilograms in 5 months.

    Let us tell you what the Emotional Freedom Technique is, says Jessica Ortner, author of The Typing Solution, an EFT stress relief technique. Which is a combination of psychology and Chinese ancient acupressure therapy. This technique lowers the level of a stress hormone called cortisol in the body, which works to increase anxiety, weight gain or sleep problems. This tapping technique not only reduces the weight of a person, but also reduces stress and sleep related problems.

    The tapping technique prompts people to focus on negative emotions. Like an unresolved problem or something that he is worried about, during this five to seven times finger tapping is done at 9 specific places of the body and the focus is on a particular issue. These parts of the body are called meridian points.

    A study published in the American Psychological Association in the year 2020 was evaluated. In this, the stress level of the volunteers was checked 60 minutes before and after tapping therapy. After EFT, experts have seen improvement in many symptoms including anxiety, depression.

    Will tell that reducing stress through tapping is not harmful, it is absolutely safe to do so. But no research has been done on weight loss by tapping. Therefore, no claim can be made about it at the moment.
