    Dry Fruits Laddu Recipe: At present, people often feel tired due to poor eating habits and unhealthy lifestyle. In such a situation, people look for such options which are tasty to eat and also give them plenty of energy. In such a situation, today through this article we are going to tell you about such a thing, eating it with a glass of milk in the morning will not make you feel tired throughout the day. Actually, what we are talking about is none other than dry fruits laddus. Dry fruits laddus are not only delicious to eat but they also prove to be very beneficial for our body.

    Immune system will be stronger

    We all know how beneficial dry fruits are for us. Vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fiber are found in abundance in dry fruits like walnuts, raisins, cashews, pistachios. By consuming all these things our body gets plenty of energy. Along with this, consuming these laddus also strengthens the immune system. In such a situation, today we are going to tell you about the easy recipe of making dry fruits laddus in this article.

    Ingredients for making dry fruits laddus

    Dates – 1 cup (remove peels and seeds)
    Almonds – ½ cup
    Raisins – ¼ cup
    Walnuts – ½ cup
    Other dry fruits (like figs, pistachios etc.) – as per requirement
    Ghee – 1 tsp (optional)
    Small cardamom powder – ½ tsp

    Easy method of making dry fruits laddus

    To make this, first grind all the dry fruits into small pieces. After this, mix the dates and grind them again, which will prepare a thick mixture. After this, heat some ghee in a pan on the gas and then fry this mixture lightly. This adds more flavor to the laddu. After this, mix a little cardamom powder in it. After mixing the mixture well, make round laddus from it. Now your delicious and healthy dry fruits laddus are ready.
