It is being told that a car met with a horrific road accident here today at around 7 am. So far, 8 people are reported to have died in this tragic accident. In this accident, a three year old innocent child is struggling between life and death. His condition remains critical in the hospital. Here, the reason behind the accident is being said to be a massive collision between a truck and a car. The police reached the spot and brought the situation under control, after which a three-year-old child was rescued as part of the rescue operation. After this the police admitted him to the hospital. The deceased were sent to the district hospital for post-mortem.
High speed took the lives of 8 people
If reports are to be believed, this accident took place in Karkhiyaanv of Varanasi (Phulpur) police station area. It is being told that around 7 am today, 8 people sitting in the car were returning from Banaras towards Jaunpur after having darshan of Baba Vishwanath (Kashi). Then near Phulpur there was a collision between the car and the truck due to the car being at high speed. It is being told that the truck was parked on the road. In such a situation, the speeding car collided directly into the truck. However, after this painful road accident, the local police is engaged in investigation.
All the devotees were from Pilibhit
Investigation has revealed that all the devotees who had come to visit Kashi Vishwanath died in a road accident this morning. All of them were residents of Pilibhit district. It is being told that two real brothers, Mahendra Pal and Damodar, died in this accident. Police are still identifying the remaining 6 people. There is news that after this accident, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has expressed deep sorrow over the road accident.
