How to make Kanji at home
To make kanji, cut 2 beetroot and 4 black carrots into small cubes. Put these in a glass jar filled with water and salt. Also add coarsely ground mustard and black pepper. Now cover the jar with a muslin cloth. Leave it in the sun for 5-6 days, but shake the jar once a day. After 5-6 days, filter the fermented juice in a separate glass jar. Homemade Kanji is ready. Keep it in the fridge and drink it when you feel like it.
