According to experts, there are some foods that if we eat, they can give us a serious disease like arthritis, so we should minimize the consumption of some such food items.
Red meat – According to a report, red meat can be the main cause of inflammation in your body, it can make your condition worsened by arthritis.
High sugar – According to doctors, arthritis patients should take great care of sugar in their diet, eating and drinking things like candy, soda, sauce and ice cream can make your condition serious. It can increase the risk of arthritis.
Gluten Food – A protein called gluten is present in grains like wheat, barley and oats. It contains an element called gliadin which harms the body, gluten also attracts the problem of inflammation. That’s why doctors sometimes ask arthritis patients to eat gluten-free food.
Vegetable oil – Let us tell you that diets high in omega-6 fats and low in omega-3 fats can also harm patients with osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Both of these are very important for the body but they should not be excessive, you should never consume omega-6 after consuming omega-3.
Too much salt – Excess salt is not only good for arthritis disease but also for your whole body, it calls for many diseases. Using salt in balance reduces the risk of rheumatoid arthritis.
Alcohol – The patient of inflammatory arthritis should not touch alcohol at all. It promotes your inflammatory arthritis which directly affects your spinal cord. Consumption of alcohol can worsen the condition of your spinal cord.

Foods containing AGEs – Advanced glycation end products are a molecule formed from the combination of sugar, fat and protein. It is usually found in animal meat, high protein or high fat animal foods which are known to increase AGEs in diets containing roasted, fried and grilled foods. It is very important to avoid it for the patients of Inflammatory Arthritis.
Processed food- These types of food items contain refined grains, extra sugar. This type of food also promotes arthritis, its excessive consumption can lead to problems of heart diseases and high blood sugar.
