When did you decide to lose weight?
I had put on a lot of weight after my first C-section delivery. Due to this, I started having various health problems which badly affected my daily routine. That’s when I decided to lose weight.
However, I had gained weight even after my second C-section delivery. But this time I knew how to get back to my healthy weight.

1. Breakfast
Idli/ Dosa/ Uttapam/ Poha/ Boiled egg and 1 banana, 1 glass milk
2. Lunch
Green vegetables, pulses, beans, 2 phulkas, salad, curd/egg/paneer bhurji, rice
3.Dinner
2 bajra bhakar, dal/green vegetable, salad, rice
4. Pre-Workout Meal
1 boiled egg
5. Post-Workout Meal
1 banana, 1 glass of milk, 1 boiled egg, occasional protein shake
6. Cheat Meal
Pizza, Burger, Biryani, Pakora, Vada Pav
7. Low Calorie Recipe
Curd, Cucumber Chilla, Gram Flour Chilla, Idli, Dosa, Salad
This workout helped in reducing obesity
Neha says that I did jogging daily to lose weight. Sometimes I also walk downhill on the treadmill for 30 minutes. This helped me to lose weight fast. Apart from this, I also did 15 minutes of cycling and weight training.
Fitness secret revealed during weight loss journey
According to Neha, there is no secret formula for fitness. She tells that it is well known by everyone that home cooked food, daily 1 hour workout, timely eating, proper sleep and adequate water intake can keep us healthy.
What kept you motivated throughout the journey? When people look at me and get inspired, that feeling keeps me going.
What difficulties did you face due to being overweight?
Most women gain weight after pregnancy. My weight also increased after delivery. Which not only made me look fat, but it also made me always feel knee pain, back pain, infection, acidity problem and tired all the time.
But now I am very fit and want to keep myself healthy and in age-appropriate shape even after 10 years.
What kind of lifestyle changes have to be made?
To reduce obesity, I ate home-cooked food at a fixed time every day. Along with this, took enough water, regular exercise and 7 hours of good sleep daily. Also I ate less sweets. Apart from this, I eat salad and fruits and dry fruits daily in both lunch and dinner.
