Morning sleep – Experts believe that if you take 20-30 minutes of sleep after having breakfast in the morning, then it will give rest to your body. Rice Page with Ghee – We tend to overeat on the day of Diwali, we eat different types of sweets, due to which many problems arise. In such a situation, we should consume rice page, it will reduce the problems. You have to boil rice in a lot of water so that it becomes like soup, after boiling add about two spoons of ghee to it. After consuming it, you will get relief from all kinds of stomach problems.
Must eat banana in lunch – If you ever have a problem of constipation, then eat banana. If the problem of constipation has arisen due to overeating in Diwali, then eat one to two bananas after lunch, it will clear your stomach completely.

If you do this for 2-4 minutes then you will definitely feel relief. To do this, first of all, lie down on the floor on your back and keep a round pillow to keep the back even.
