The festival of Karva Chauth is going to be celebrated on 24 October (Sunday). Karva Chauth is the day on which married women observe a fast for the long life of their husbands and break the fast only after sighting the moon at night. Karva Chauth begins with eating sargi in the morning, after which women do not consume anything for the whole day. That’s why it becomes very important to eat healthy thing in the form of sargi, if you eat something healthy then energy will circulate in your body throughout the day and you will not feel any kind of weakness. Coconut water – It is most appropriate to consume detox water in the morning when your stomach is empty, due to this your stomach will be light throughout the day and it will give you energy throughout the day. Coconut water will keep you hydrated throughout the day, due to which you will not feel thirsty.
Soaked Nuts – Eat soaked fruits like almonds, walnuts and raisins in the morning for the communication of energy throughout the day. Apart from this, you can also consume watermelon seeds, flaxseeds and pumpkin seeds. A lot of nutrients are present inside these seeds, which maintain energy in your body throughout the day. A night before consuming nuts and seeds, soak them in water so that the nutrients present in their skin are absorbed well by morning.

Fruits – You must keep fruits in your sargi plate and keep in mind that all fruits should be seasonal. If possible, include some citrus fruits like pomegranate, pineapple and orange in your sargi, due to which you will not feel thirsty throughout the day. Since they contain more water than other fruits, it will save you from dehydration throughout the day.
Semolina Halwa – It is a million times better to eat semolina or flour pudding at your home than eating sweets in the market, it will be more beneficial for you than sweets.
Paneer and Stuffed Roti – You have to place some such things in your plate, due to which you do not have to face the problem of acidity. For this, you can eat stuffed roti with curd or you can consume paneer, it contains a huge amount of protein, which will keep your stomach full throughout the day.
Stay away from tea and coffee – You do not have to accidentally consume tea and coffee during sargi, it can cause your dehydration. Instead, you should consume milk, it will give you energy for the whole day.
