Rujuta says that – Rice is full of many nutrients and rice has many benefits too. Like rice makes the body healthy from inside. Rujuta says that rice is a probiotic. It not only fills your stomach but it also increases the good bacteria present in the intestine. Apart from eating rice with lentils or vegetables, you can also eat it by grinding it or making kheer.
Rujuta wrote that – When you eat things like lentils, curd, curry, beans, ghee and meat, then rice works to keep your blood sugar stable. It is easily digested and eating it also keeps the stomach light. After eating rice, there is good sleep and the balance of hormones is made better. Especially growing children and youth must eat rice. Rice is also good for the skin. It gets rid of enlarged pores due to prolactin. By eating rice, hair also grows fine and fast. Rujuta says that every part of the rice is usable. The bran derived from this is fed to cows and bulls. Where rice is cultivated, it also leaves enough moisture in the soil to grow pulses. After that, this soil makes the soil better by working as natural nitrogen.
