As a person reaches the age of 40, he has to deal with his dry feet and cracked heels. Especially these women feel embarrassed due to this problem, because women spend most of the time in chappals and sandals. Men manage to hide their cracked heels and rough feet by wearing shoes with socks. If you are also suffering from this problem then there is no need to panic.

lukewarm water
Wash your feet thoroughly with lukewarm water and mild soap every day before sleeping. Keeping the feet in lukewarm water for 10 to 15 minutes cleans the skin, as well as opens the pores. This is a simple method through which the dead skin will be removed and the feet will become soft.
Honey
Honey is an excellent moisturizer. Before applying it, keep the feet in lukewarm water for 10-15 minutes, so that the dead skin gets removed. Then rub a spoonful of honey on the feet and leave it for 5-10 minutes and then wash with lukewarm water. This process can be repeated 3-4 times a week.
Curd
It tones the skin as well as keeps it infection free. Soak the feet in lukewarm water for 5-10 minutes, then wipe it with a towel and rub a tablespoon of curd on the feet and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Then wash the feet thoroughly with water and dry the feet.
Baking soda
Dead skin cells can be removed using this. Prepare a paste by mixing 1-2 teaspoons of baking soda in a little water. Apply it as a paste on the feet. After scrubbing for some time, wash off with water. This paste can be used 2-3 times a week.
olive oil
The nutrients present in olive oil nourish the skin. After washing the feet thoroughly with water, take a little olive oil and massage the feet for 10-15 minutes. By doing this, the cracking of the heels will be reduced and by massaging regularly, the feet and heels will become soft.
Aloe vera
It is helpful in reducing inflammation and swelling of cracked heels. Mix 4-5 drops of glycerin and 2 teaspoons of coconut oil in 2 teaspoons of aloe vera gel. Apply this paste on the feet and ankles and leave it for 15 minutes. Then massage the feet with it till the skin absorbs it.

Make a paste by mixing 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp gram flour, few drops of rose water and 1 tsp honey in a bowl. Apply it well on the feet and heels and leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Then wash with lukewarm water and apply moisturizer or cream. This ubtan can be used twice a week. Before applying ubtan, keep the feet in lukewarm water for 10-12 minutes or else clean the feet with lukewarm water.
