While announcing this yatra, State Congress President Govind Singh Dotasara said that the Congress party will start its campaign in the name of “Kam Kiya Dil Se Congress Sarkar Phir Se”, along with this he said that the beginning of the campaign is against the promise of the Central Government. Will be done in protest.
PCC Chief Govind Singh Dotasara said that the East Rajasthan Canal Project was not declared a national project by the Central Government. To make people aware about this, Congress is going to start its campaign from Baran district from October 16. He said that yatra will be taken out in two districts every day. The Congress party will also hold a big meeting in all the 13 districts. In which there is a plan to gather a crowd of more than one lakh people. Dotasara said that from Tuesday, October 16, the Congress Party will run a public awareness campaign in every division against the Central Government’s breaking of promises regarding the East Rajasthan Canal Project.
