Earlier on Monday, Vikas Malu’s second wife said that she will not cooperate in the probe until the Investigating Officer, whom she accused of having a ‘suspicious role’ in the case, is changed. At the same time, in the notice issued by the Delhi Police, it has been written that the inquiry is to be held at 11 am on March 13 at home or at a convenient place. That’s why he should be present on the fixed time and date.

The woman’s lawyer Rajendra Chhabra told news agency ANI that Vikas Malu’s wife will not cooperate with the investigation regarding the “suspicious” role of the investigating officer. “The role of the Inspector, under whose supervision the entire investigation is being conducted, is already under question. My client (Vikas Malu’s wife) will not join the investigation until the inspector is changed.

Satish Kaushik breathed his last on March 9

According to the police, Satish Kaushik had passed away on March 9. He had gone to Delhi, NCR to meet someone. He celebrated Holi with friends and then went to sleep at around 9.30 pm. He felt restless around 12 o’clock in the night. He called his manager and said that he was having trouble breathing. The manager then took him to a hospital in Gurugram, where he died at 1.43 am despite being given cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
