In an interview to ‘The Bombay Journey’, Manoj Bajpayee says that the way Sushant went was devastating not only for the late actor’s family but for all those who knew him closely. Manoj, who was recently seen in the film ‘Gulmohar’, says that Sushant sent him the last message just before the Corona epidemic and the lockdown.
Sushant wrote – Call home once and feed mutton
Manoj Bajpayee and Sushant Singh Rajput worked together in the film ‘Sonchiriya’ released in the year 2019. In those days, Manoj used to bring home-cooked mutton to his co-stars on the sets of the film. Manoj Bajpayee says in the interview, ‘Sushant was a very ‘lovely boy’. I spent many good days with him. He used to discuss many things with me. When I left for my shoot in Uttarakhand just before the pandemic, she texted me saying, Manoj sir, mujhe ek baar mutton khilao na apne ghar pe bulake. I told them that I will feed. It was decided that I would feed him mutton as soon as I came back from the shoot.
