However, before that many players of Team India reached the famous Padmanabhaswamy temple in Thiruvananthapuram to offer prayers. Although all the players of the team were not present during this time, players like Yuzvendra Chahal, Suryakumar Yadav, Akshar Patel, Shreyas Iyer and Washington Sundar are seen in the picture which is going viral on social media.

However, a person is also visible in this picture, about whom cricket fans are eager to know. A man wearing spectacles is standing on the immediate left of Akshar Patel among the players of Team India who went to the Padmanabhaswamy temple. Although it cannot be clearly said that they are associated with Team India’s supporting staff or in any other way.

Team India has taken an unassailable 2-0 lead in the series by winning the first two matches of the three ODI series. India defeated Sri Lanka by 67 runs in the first ODI in Guwahati, while winning the series by 4 wickets in the second match played at the historic Eden Gardens in Kolkata.
