New Delhi: The security of Sourav Ganguly, the former captain of Team India and the director of cricket of Delhi Capitals playing in IPL 2023, has increased. The West Bengal government has decided to further beef up Ganguly’s security. Please inform that earlier Ganguly had Y category security. But now Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee has decided to provide Z category security to him.
The Y-category security provided to Sourav Ganguly expired on May 16, after which the Mamata Banerjee government of West Bengal reviewed it and then decided to upgrade it.
