Both Rajasthan and Bangalore teams have a common problem. There has been inconsistency in the performance of the middle order of both the teams. Rajasthan have an excellent opening pair in the form of Yashasvi Jaiswal and Jos Buttler and both of them are also contributing but captain Sanju Samson and Shimron Hetmyer are scoring runs in the middle order but they need to bring consistency in their performance. Devdutt Padikkal and Riyan Parag are not able to live up to the expectations.
On the other hand, the opening pair of Faf Duplessis and Virat Kohli have done exceptionally well for RCB. Glenn Maxwell has displayed his long hitting skills but lacks consistency. Along with this, RCB will expect good performances from Dinesh Karthik, Mahipal Lomaror, Shahbaz Ahmed and Suyash Prabhudesai in the middle order.
