Ravichandan Ashwin summoned Elon Musk, attacked on Twitter after teasing Australia

New Delhi: Dashing spinner Ravichandran Ashwin was one of the main heroes of India’s 2-1 series win over Australia in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. Not only is he difficult to play on the cricket field, but he is equally fiery and lethal on social media as well. After teasing the Australian team, the spin bowler is facing ‘security concerns’ with the micro-blogging app. Ashwin took to Twitter on Wednesday to summon the portal’s owner, Elon Musk, to secure his profile.

He lodged his complaint with Musk, one of the richest men in the world. He wrote – Ok!! How can I secure my Twitter account before March 19, I keep getting pop-ups, but no link is reaching any clarity. Elon Musk is happy to make the needy happy. Please point us in the right direction.

In fact, since Elon Musk has decided to launch ‘Twitter Blue’ in India, some security changes have been seen. Two factor authentication is now only available if a person is subscribed to Twitter Blue. Ashwin produced his best performance in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. He took 25 victims in the 4-match series and was the highest wicket-taker. He was adjudged joint player of the series along with Ravindra Jadeja.

Talking about his partnership with Jadeja, Ashwin said after the Ahmedabad Test – it has been a great journey. We (me and Jadeja) started long back, but we wouldn’t be the same or lethal without each other. We need to recognize this. I have started recognizing this in the last 2-3 years. He gives me a lot of freedom to be creative with the ball. The credit for this goes to him. I thought he bowled well in the Delhi Test.
