Shaw has been in fine form in the domestic circuit and recently scored a blistering 379 in the Ranji Trophy match, after which fans clamored for him to be included in the team. Board Secretary Jai Shah also praised while tweeting. Since then it was believed that Sav could return to the team. Shaw was one of the highest run-scorers in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy this season.
