Neeraj Chopra follows a very simple routine
Talking about his routine, Neeraj said that my life here is very simple. I have breakfast at 7:30 in the morning and then go to the center where I train for over two hours. We eat our lunch there and then we return to our apartment to rest and feel fine…we go for training again by 4 pm. We return after dinner after completing the training. After that I call family or friends and rest. I can honestly say that I will have to put in a lot of hard work in training but I am very happy to be back in training.
