MS Dhoni: Mahi’s indigenous style, Dhoni seen driving a tractor, video of plowing fields with farmers goes viral

New Delhi: Mahendra Singh Dhoni is known for his love for bikes and cars, be it vintage or high tech. This time he has caught the attention of his fans by driving a tractor on his farm fields. Former Indian Dhoni has posted the first post on Instagram after two years. Mahi, a veteran batsman of his era, on Wednesday (February 8) shared a video of himself driving a tractor on the fields, describing it as his new learning. The CSK skipper accompanied the video with a cool caption, stating that learning to operate the tractor for its proper use in the fields was a time-consuming process.

Dhoni wrote in the caption of his Instagram post, ‘Nice to learn something new, but took too long to get the job done.’ In the video, Dhoni can be seen taking lessons from the farmers on plowing the field. Even during the lockdown, his photos with the tractor went viral. Even before retiring from cricket, Dhoni has devoted his full attention to farming and animal husbandry. He does farming in his farmhouse. There he has also reared Kadaknath chickens. Goats and horses are also kept along with the dogs.

Now MS Dhoni’s entire focus is on starting his farewell season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) with the Chennai Super Kings (CSK). Mahi gave the captaincy to Ravindra Jadeja at the beginning of last season, but due to poor performance, the team management from Jaddu handed over the captaincy back to Dhoni. Now the four-time champion Captain Cool is ready to get his team the trophy for the fifth time.
