Lalit Modi: Former chairman Lalit Modi admitted to hospital on oxygen support, ill for two weeks

London: Former IPL chairman Lalit Modi on Friday revealed that he is on oxygen support after being infected with Covid-19 twice in two weeks. Lalit, 59, took to social media to give an update on his health, adding that he had been flown from Mexico to London after three weeks of confinement.

Lalit shared his picture from the hospital bed in his Instagram post, saying he has been brought in for treatment after 3 weeks of confinement with Covid in 2 weeks after Influenza and Pneumonia. Finally got off via air ambulance with two doctors and superstar super efficient son who did a lot for me.

He further said- unfortunately still on oxygen from 24×7. Thank you everyone for praying for me. I am very thankful to all. In another post, he also mentioned about the two doctors who took care of him.
