    India shines with victory in Holi, two WC and same opponent, Yuvi-Dhoni became Rockstars

    New Delhi: The Indian cricket team has to play the fourth and decisive Test match against Australia from the very next day of Holi. Anyway, Team India has a deep connection with Holi. In cricket history, our boys have played two matches on the day of Holi and have won big in both the matches. Surprisingly, both the matches took place in the World Cup and both times the West Indies team was in front. One match was of 2011 World Cup and the other match took place in the next edition i.e. 2015. For the first time it was hosted by India and for the second time the tournament was being held in Australia-New Zealand.

    India became the champion this time in its hosting. He faced the West Indies in the 42nd match of the tournament. Yuvraj Singh played Holi of runs at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Highest 113 runs were scored. While batting first, Team India had posted 268 runs on the scoreboard, while in response the Windies team was reduced to just 188 runs. Apart from Yuvi, Virat Kohli played a half-century innings of 59 runs. Zaheer Khan shone in the bowling department, taking three wickets. India had given the return gift of Holi to the countrymen by hitting the ground by 80 runs.

    The countrymen had to wait for four years to enjoy the match in Holi next time. India-West Indies clashed in the 28th match of the 2015 World Cup. In Perth, the Caribbean team scored only 182 runs after winning the toss and playing first. Mohammed Shami took maximum three wickets. But in response to this easy target, the Indian innings also faltered. Dhoni army had lost their six wickets early. In the end, only Captain Dhoni stood and avoided defeat by playing an unbeaten 45-run innings. Ravi Ashwin supported him well by scoring 16 not out.
