Thiruvananthapuram: The last match of the ODI series between India and Sri Lanka (IND vs SL) was played on Sunday. India won this match by a huge margin of 317 runs. Batting first, Team India scored 390 runs. Apart from Virat Kohli, young Shubman Gill got a century with the bat. Then a dreadful spell from Mohammed Siraj wrapped up Sri Lanka’s innings for just 73 runs. India won the three-match series 3-0.

After the match, opener Shubman Gill interviewed Virat Kohli for BCCI TV. During this interview, Virat Kohli introduced everyone to the three heroes of the Indian team, who contribute to the team from behind the scenes. All three are throw-down specialists. Virat tells about them, they are Raghu, Nuvan and Daya. These guys make us practice at 145-150 kmph speed every day. This helps us get ready for the match. Nuwan is from Sri Lanka

Nuwan Seneviratne, a left-arm throw down specialist, is from Sri Lanka. Team India hired him in 2018 to help counter the left-arm bowlers. On the other hand, Raghu i.e. D Raghavendra from Karnataka has been with the team for almost 10 years. Dayanand Garani of Bengal is the third throw-down specialist in the team.
