Indian star javelin thrower and 2020 Tokyo Olympic gold medalist Neeraj Chopra won the gold medal in the javelin event of the World Athletics Championships, which concluded in Budapest, Hungary. Let us tell you that Neeraj threw the javelin of 88.17 meters and won the gold. Pakistan’s player Arshad Nadeem won the silver medal, while Yakub Wadewicz won the bronze medal with 86.67m. India’s Kishor Jena and DP Manu finished 5th and 6th by throwing javelin of 84.77m and 84.17m respectively.
