In a video shared on his YouTube channel, Danish Kaneria criticized the batting performance of the Pakistani team. Kaneria said, ‘Pakistan will also have to think about the captaincy of T20 that if it is snatched from Babar Azam then to whom to give it. Have we made any big scores in ODIs? Anyone scored a double century? Was there an effective performance?

Kaneria said, ‘Now India have a chance to test their bench strength in the third ODI and give some chances to new players, but in Pakistan everyone thinks about themselves. Babar Azam continues to score his 50-60 runs and the team does not benefit from it. Such a performance is only harming the team.

Kaneria pointed out that India have started grooming Ishan Kishan after Rishabh Pant’s unfortunate accident. Here Pakistan is not giving chance to Mohammad Haris to show his talent. He said on his YouTube channel, ‘India knows that Rishabh Pant may not be available for the World Cup and hence Ishan Kishan is being groomed as the wicketkeeper backup to KL Rahul, but what are we doing? We are only with Rizwan and not giving any exposure to Mohammad Haris. Favoritism will not help you make the team for the World Cup.
