New Delhi: between England and Australia in a few days ashes test series is about to begin. The eyes of cricket fans around the world are fixed on this series. This series is also a question of prestige for both the teams. Trouble during Ireland Test
The England Cricket Board issued a statement informing about Leach’s exclusion. Leach was part of the Test match against Ireland. During this Test match played at Lord’s, left-arm spinner Leach experienced back trouble, due to which he also went out of the field in between.

According to the ECB statement, Leach has a lower back stress fracture, due to which he is feeling constant pain. Due to this, he is out of the entire Ashes series. He will not be able to take part in this five-match series. Leach, along with Ben Stokes, gave the team a memorable 1-wicket win in the Headingley Test in the 2019 Ashes.

Bumrah is also out due to the same injury.
Let us tell you that Team India’s star pacer Jasprit Bumrah has also suffered from a lower back stress fracture, due to which he has been out of action for the last about 8 months and may take some more time to return. In such a situation, this injury of Leach can be heavy for England in the upcoming Test matches as well.

The England Cricket Board had announced a 16-member squad for the first two matches of the Test series a day earlier. In this, 31-year-old Leach was the only main spinner. England has not yet announced the replacement of Leach and has said that another player will be inducted soon. Leach has taken 124 wickets in 35 Tests for England.
