Lucky Ali told on Facebook that some people have forcibly entered his farm. Wrote a letter to the DGP of Karnataka saying- ‘Sir, my name is Maqsood Mahmood Ali. I am the son of late actor and comedian Mehmood Ali and better known as Lucky Ali. I am currently in dubai for work so need your help. Actually, in my farm, which is a trust property and is located in Kenchanahalli Yelahanka. It has been illegally occupied by the land mafia of Bengaluru, Sudheer Reddy and Madhu Reddy. He has done this with the help of his wife who is an IAS officer and name is Rohini Sindhuri. Rohini is misusing the facilities of the state for her own benefit. Those people have forcibly entered my farm and are refusing to show the necessary documents.

Lucky Ali further wrote, ‘My lawyer had informed me about this and told that it is completely illegal and they do not even have any court order to come to the farm. While we have been living here for 50 years. I wanted to meet you as soon as I came from Dubai but you were not there. We have complained about this to ACP. I have not received any positive response yet. My family and young children are alone on the farm. I haven’t got any help from the local police. On the contrary, they are supporting the occupiers. Sir, I request you to stop this illegal activity before the hearing on 7th December. Please judge us. I had no other option so I brought it in public.
