Sometimes it happens that we don’t see a happy person and think in our mind that man! How happy is this..Wow! He must have lived a good life. I wish we had a life like this too. Many times we see some such thoughts after seeing the life of others that hey man, what is lacking in them.. They have a wonderful life. But, the truth is that in today’s race-filled life, every other person is a victim of depression. Recently, Ankita Konwar, wife of actor and famous model Milind Soman, revealed in her latest Insta post that she is battling depression. Ankita posted a picture of herself on Instagram in which she is smiling while having a drink. She told that she looks fine in the photo, but she is not well at all.
In a long note, he wrote that – A picture from recent days, a day when there was a storm in my mind but peace was visible with a smile on my face. Yes, I still have some days where everything is not ‘fine’. Not everyone who seems ‘fine’ is actually okay. Things can seem overwhelming and meaningless at the same time. But I am not as scared as before. Even after living a long period of anxiety and depression and running out of all the courage I had, I still face the tiny moment of dark spots. Way shorter, way shorter and better than the way I was actually going through the ‘all-consuming’ days.
The challenge of Nawazuddin, Shahnaz and Lucifer confused the fans, what is Netflix going to do new?
She further wrote – But now I have become stronger, more positive and I am able to see the light through the dark patches. I don’t let it consume me, I cry when I have to, I don’t hold my thoughts the way I used to. I remember reading somewhere that – some of us need a little more effort than the rest to survive in this world’ and I have finally come to accept that fact. Of course, our life events and experiences play a huge role in this. It doesn’t get easy, you just get better and stronger.
