Shooting is going to start on the old set of the show

Sayantani Ghosh, who plays SimSim in the show, told Times of India that returning to the original set was not an easy task, but it was the need of the hour. He said, ‘To be honest, I was not ready for this. We got to know only last night that we are going to start shooting back on the old set. It is really difficult to forget whatever happened.

It is very difficult for the cast and crew to return to the old set

He further said, ‘There are many different feelings and emotions, we are all missing Tunisha. I think we need to go back to the old set as the show is suffering due to this. Although the producers tried to enhance it as much as they could, it was necessary to return here for the scenes that are there now. We had to compromise a lot in the location.

Tunisha’s makeup room has been sealed

Sheezan Khan, who plays the lead actor in the show, is still in judicial custody in the Tunisha suicide case. Sayantani told that the make-up room which was used by Tunisha and Sheejan has been sealed because of the crime scene. He said, ‘The production house is making every effort to make us feel comfortable on the set and they are trying to create a positive atmosphere on the set.’

Pooja has also been done on that set

The actress told what changes the makers have made on the sets of the show to make the atmosphere more immersive. Sayantani told, ‘They have got new paint done on the set with white color, many more lights have been installed and new paintings have also been installed. He has opened the set yesterday (Monday) and got the puja done here.
If going back to the old set of the show was so difficult then going to Tunisha’s makeup room would be even more torture, he said, ‘I have fond memories of Tunisha coming to my room to meet me. There is a beautiful wall in my make-up room, Tunisha and I had planned to make a reel in front of this wall which unfortunately could not materialise. These small things keep running in my mind.

This show runs the livelihood of many people.

While ending his talk, he further said, ‘A lot of thoughts and emotions keep running in your mind and you feel very weird, then you get lost in the past. But as people say, come what may, the show will go on. There are many people whose livelihood is going on because of this show. That’s why we are trying to bring the same smile, hold on to the good times and move forward.

Sheejan accused of abetment to suicide

Let us tell you that Tunisha Sharma committed suicide by hanging herself on December 24, after which the police arrested her co-star Sheejan Khan on the complaint of her mother. Sheejan is accused of abetting Tunisha’s suicide.
