Rajasthan New District: CM Gehlot has shared information about new districts on social media platform ‘X’ (formerly Twitter). While sharing a post, CM Gehlot wrote, “As per the demand of the public and the recommendation of the high level committee, three more new districts will be created in Rajasthan – 1. Malpura 2. Sujangarh 3. Kuchaman City. From now on there will be 53 districts in Rajasthan. In future also, problems like demarcation etc. will continue to be resolved as per the recommendations of the high level committee.”
CM had indicated new districts in Didwana
Let us tell you that CM Gehlot had indicated the possibility of creating new districts on September 29. He had said in Didwana that the smaller the district, the faster its development will be. During this, the Chief Minister had mentioned the possibility of creating more new districts in the state. He had claimed that the smaller the district, the easier it would be for the general public to have access to the development and administration of the district.
CM had established 19 new districts in August
In response to the Ramlubhaya Committee report, CM Gehlot had established 19 new districts in the state during the month of August. These include Gangapur City, Didwana-Kumachan, Khairthal-Tijara, Beawar, Neemkathana, Anupgarh, Gangapur City, Phalodi, Salumber, Sanchore, Kotputli-Behror, Shahpura, Balotra, Deeg, Dudu and Kekri. The 3 new districts that have been announced for the state include Sujangarh, Malpura and Kumachan. After these, there will be a total of 53 districts in Rajasthan.
