Pathan Advance Booking: According to the report of Sacnilk, a website giving information about the trade business of cinema, advance booking of 805,915 tickets has been done for the first day show of ‘Pathaan’ till 11:30 pm on Monday night. Among these, the maximum number of 768,959 tickets have been sold in the Hindi version. While advance booking of 31,195 tickets has been done in Telugu. Advance booking for the Tamil version has also started from Monday and 5,761 tickets have already been booked on the first day itself.

‘Pathan’, directed by Siddharth Anand, has thus earned Rs 24.29 crore from advance booking till Monday night. Maximum number of tickets were sold in Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Kolkata. According to reports, around 1488 shows of the film are to be screened on the opening day in the Mumbai circuit. From here till Monday, advance booking of tickets worth Rs 3.14 crore has been done. While Rs 2.99 crore in Delhi-NCR, Rs 1.96 crore in Bengaluru, Rs 2.13 crore in Hyderabad and Rs 2.38 crore in Kolkata have been booked in advance.

In a report in ‘Business Today’, online ticketing platform BookMyShow has claimed that over 10 lakh advance bookings for ‘Pathan’ have been done through their platform so far. Ashish Saxena, COO (Cinema) of the platform says, “The action-thriller has crossed 1 million advance bookings on BookMyShow. This is also happening because Shah Rukh Khan is returning to the screen after four years and his strong fan following is crazy for this film.
