But Khesari Lal Yadav’s difficulties seem to be increasing. Chhapra Civil Court has issued a non-bailable warrant against Khesari Lal Yadav. Actually this whole matter is related to check bounce of Rs 18 lakh. A case was registered against Khesari Lal Yadav on 16 August 2019. The court has issued a non-bailable warrant against him after being absent continuously for several dates.

Mrityunjaynath Pandey, resident of Asahni village of Rasulpur police station had lodged an FIR in Rasulpur police station on 16 August 2019. In this, he had lodged a complaint that in order to sell the land he had bought, he had a talk with Chanda Devi, wife of Shatrughan Kumar alias Khesari Lal, for Rs 22 lakh 7 thousand. The registry of this land was done on 4th June 2019 at Ekma Registry Office. Khesari Lal Yadav was given a check of Rs 18 lakh to him in lieu of cash, but that check bounced. After the registration of the FIR in this whole case, the date was received from the court several times but Khesari Lal did not appear. After this, now a non-bailable warrant has been issued.
