Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s estranged wife Alia Siddiqui is in trouble again. She lives in Dubai with her children. Now some officials of Dubai administration have reached his house, and are asking him to vacate the house. Actually, Alia lives at Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Dubai house for the education of her children. He has not paid the house rent on time due to which he has now been given notice. The responsibility of Alia and her children rests with Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The court has directed to pay him monthly allowance.
Legal action may be taken if rent is not paid
On September 7, some officials of Dubai Rental Dispute Center had arrived with a notice to vacate the house. Alia and Nawazuddin have not paid the rent of 27,183 dirhams. According to a report, if Alia is unable to pay the rent, then legal action can be taken against her.
Troubled by this, Alia has reached the Indian Embassy in Dubai for help. According to the order of Bombay High Court, Nawazuddin Siddiqui has to pay this money, although he is not able to pay this money.
Alia wanted the house agreement to be in Nawaz’s name.
Alia Siddiqui wanted the agreement of the Dubai house to be in the name of Nawazuddin Siddiqui. He told The Times of India in May 2023 that if anything goes wrong, it should not be his responsibility.
Aaliya said that if the agreement is in the name of Nawaz then it would be right from the security point of view as well. At that time, Alia had cleared that Nawaz was regularly paying the rent of the house. There was no problem anywhere.
The court had directed Nawaz to give allowance to Aaliya and children.
There is a dispute between Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Alia for a long time. In the last hearing, the Bombay High Court had given the custody of the children to Alia for a few days. Since there was a question about the future of the children, the court directed Nawazuddin to provide them allowance regularly.
Why did Alia-Nawaz dispute start?
Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Aaliya’s fight started when Aaliya accused Nawaz’s mother of assault. Alia said that Nawaz’s family members are exploiting her and evicting her from their property.
Nawaz never respected him. On the other hand, Nawaz’s mother accused Aaliya and said that the second child is not Nawaz’s but someone else’s.
Apart from this, Aaliya also filed a rape case against Nawazuddin Siddiqui. He said that Nawaz’s mother questions his character and Nawaz keeps listening silently.
