Kiara says, ‘He was a victim of insomnia, because I remember him telling me that the human body only needs two hours of sleep. Yet when you sleep for eight hours or seven hours, only two hours out of that your mind is actually asleep, the rest of the time you just appear to be unconscious or asleep, because your mind remains active after that.
