As per reports in ET, the lease agreement for three years is ready and Kartik Aaryan has paid Rs 45 lakh as security deposit for the same. According to this agreement, Karthik will pay Shahid Kapoor Rs 7.50 lakh as rental amount every month for one year. With this, the amount will increase by 7% every year. That is, the rent that Karthik will pay to Shahid in the second year will be Rs 8.2 lakh per month and in the third year the same amount will increase to Rs 8.58 lakh.

Please tell that the area of this luxury apartment of Shahid Kapoor is spread over 3681 sq ft on the ground floor, with two car parking as well. It may also be recalled here that Shahid Kapoor recently left this Juhu house with his family and reached his duplex apartment in Prabhadevi. In the year 2018, the couple had spent Rs 55.60 crore for this house spread over 8,625 sq ft area. Karthik Aryan was till now living in a 459 sq ft area apartment in Versova, which he bought in the year 2019 for Rs 1.60 crore.
