Aryan Khan Gets Bail: The Mumbai High Court granted bail to Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan today, October 28, in the cruise ship drugs case. Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha got bail along with Aryan Khan after spending nearly 27 days in Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai. The Mumbai High Court will issue a detailed order on its decision on Friday, October 29, after which all the accused arrested in the drugs case will be able to come out on Saturday.
The Bombay High Court on Thursday, October 28, gave this verdict on the bail of Aryan Khan, Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Merchant after the NCB presented the arguments. Aryan Khan was detained on 2 October during a rave party on a cruise ship in Mumbai. From the arrest of Aryan Khan by the NCB on October 2 to his bail on October 28, there were many ups and downs in the case. Many names involved in drugs case. NCB zonal officer Sameer Wankhede, who is probing the case, was also accused of arresting Aryan as part of the conspiracy and transacting money in return.

2 October: NCB got secret information that a ship from Mumbai is going to Goa in which a rave party is going to be organized. NCB was aware that many famous faces could be involved in this party. On the basis of the same intelligence, the NCB made a plan and boarded the ship as a passenger. The party was just about to begin when the NCB officials conducted raids and detained 8 people. Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was also among those caught by the NCB. Apart from this, Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Merchant were also arrested. On the night of 2 October, everyone was brought to the NCB office.
October 3: The next morning the news of Aryan Khan’s arrest made headlines. NCB registered a case against Aryan Khan, Arbaaz and Munmun and arrested them. All three were produced before the magistrate. After that all three were sent to one-day NCB custody.
October 4: Aryan Khan was expected to get bail today. But NCB claimed in the court that Aryan Khan’s links are related to international drug smuggling. On 8 October, Aryan’s lawyer Satish Manshinde applied for bail before the magistrate, but the application was rejected. After not getting bail in the magistrate court, the lawyers of the three filed an application in the sessions court.
October 9: The sessions court heard the bail plea but the matter was adjourned till October 11. Here, Aryan Khan’s troubles were increasing. The sessions court ordered the NCB to file its reply on October 13.
October 13: According to the order of the court, on October 13, the NCB filed its reply in the court. But Aryan Khan’s bail decision was reserved by the court for the next day i.e. 14 October.
October 14: Here, Aryan Khan’s lawyer is confident that they will get him bail. But October 14 was also a day of disappointment for Shahrukh Khan’s family. October 26: Aryan, Arbaaz and Munmun were heard on bail. After hearing for three consecutive days from October 26 to October 28, all three were finally granted bail.
28 October: Aryan Khan got bail on Thursday, 28 October but he will have to remain in jail till Friday or Saturday. According to the information, a copy of the court order will be given to the jail administration on Friday or the next day, after which they can be released.
Let us inform that on Thursday, senior advocate Mukul Rohatgi presented Aryan Khan’s side in the Bombay High Court. At the same time, NCB was represented by ASG Anil Singh.
