Many such films have been made in Bollywood in which many stories have been included in one picture and somewhere they are also connected to each other. This experimental cinema becomes visible to the audience as well. The Hindi film “Panchkriti Five Elements” released this week is also one such film in which five different stories are woven together beautifully.
‘Panchkriti Five Elements’ comprises five captivating and interconnected stories based in the charming town of Chanderi. The unique medium of storytelling makes this film very engaging. The specialty of the film is that each story is tied with a thread as well as stands alone. These shocking, unique and suspenseful stories provide a thought-provoking experience with a great message.
Based in the backdrop of Chanderi town of Bundelkhand, the director has depicted rural India in true form in the five stories presented in this film. Shot in different parts of Bundelkhand, the film stars Brijender Kala, Umesh Bajpai, Sagar Wahi, Purva Parag, Mani Soni and Ravi Chauhan in key roles.
‘Panchkriti Five Elements’ is heroine-oriented cinema which effectively highlights many problems related to women. This cinema actually also spreads awareness about many important campaigns of the country like ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’ and ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’. All the actors have done justice to their characters in the film. Be it Brijendra Kala as Pandit ji or Tanmay Chaturvedi as Mukesh, Umesh Bajpai as Maurya ji or Kurangi Vijayashree as Nagraj Sakhi, all the artistes have given their hundred percent.
Mahi Soni as Mahi, Sagar Wahi as Sunny, Devyani Choubey as Ratna, Purva Parag as Kusum, Sarika Bahroliya as Rajni and Ravi Chauhan as Rajni’s father also leave their mark. Have left This masterpiece from director Sanjoy Bhargava is truly a must watch. Weaving such a web of five stories and then connecting them to each other and presenting them on screen in the best way was not an easy task at all but Sanjoy Bhargava has done it.
