Brahmastra completes one year, Ayan Mukherjee said – work going on second-third part of the film

It has been one year since the release of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer film Brahmastra. On this occasion, director Ayan Mukherjee has given confirmation of the second and third part of this film by sharing a social media post. By sharing the post, he has termed the rumors of cancellation of the second and third part of the film as wrong.

Brahmastra had a worldwide collection of Rs 431 crores.

Director Ayan Mukherjee’s film Brahmastra was released in 2022. Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt were in lead roles in the film. Ranbir plays the role of Shiv in the film while Alia plays the role of Isha. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy. The film has collected around Rs 431 crore at the worldwide box-office.

In April this year, Ayan Mukherjee had informed that the next two parts of Brahmastra will be much better. He also told that he will shoot both the films together. Brahmastra-2 and Brahmastra-3 will be released in the year 2026 and 2027.
