‘Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway’ box office
Rani Mukerji starrer ‘Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway’ is based on the true story of Sagarika Bhattacharya, who fought against the Norwegian Child Welfare Services Barnvarnet for the custody of her children. Talking about her character, Rani said that she took inspiration from her mother Krishna Mukherjee. She had said- As an actress, I wanted to express myself for the character. I didn’t want too much respect and people should draw parallels between my role and reality. Ashima had several tapes of Sagarika recorded and I saw them but the rest of the character is actually based on my mother.

Kapil Sharma and Shahana Goswami’s ‘Zwigato’ opened on a low note on Saturday. However, it registered a slight increase in comparison to its opening figures and earned 35 lakhs. The emotional drama directed by Nandita Das has now earned 55 lakhs only after two days of its release. The film revolves around the life of a food delivery boy and the struggles he faces in the gig industry.
Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the second day collection of the film on Sunday, tweeting – Zwigato 2nd day [+44.19 प्रतिशत] Saw an upward trend but the total earnings of day 2 were very less due to the first day.
Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar Box Office
‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar’ collected around 5-50-5.75 crores on Saturday and is doing very well everywhere. This takes the total collection of the film to over 87 crores which is good. The film should have kept a target of 25 crores nett plus in the second week but now it will not happen as it declined on the second Friday. On the second Saturday, the film has shown a jump of 70-75%.
